Shipping & Delivery Policy

We work hard to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible. Because many of our products are handmade, please allow 2–5 business days for processing unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and begin after your order has been processed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, holiday disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

For local campus deliveries, please make sure the recipient’s name, residence hall or delivery location, phone number, and any necessary instructions are correct. Delivery timing may be affected by campus access, events, closures, or recipient availability.

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier or confirmed as delivered locally, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If there is ever a problem with your order, though, please contact us right away. We want the opportunity to help and make sure you have a good experience with us.
